Within these images I explore the beautiful, the fragile, the unknown and the feared, I strive to create stunning and unique images that evoke emotion and feeling within the viewer.

I present the observer with extreme close-ups of insects displaying them out of there natural habitats, demonstrating how an abstract image of the most familiar aspects of nature can transform perceptions. These enlargements act as a method for engaging the audience with something they would usually recoil from or not pay a second thought to such as a Bluebottle fly or a Butterfly where its splendor is balanced by its fragility and delicacy; capturing the pure simplistic, yet breathtaking beauty that is so often overlooked.
